Absolutely fantastic! Ryan came out late afternoon on a Friday after our ac went out so we could have it over the weekend. He also came a few months before that to service our air conditioner on a home we just purchased. Pretty incredible. I'm sure it had never been cleaned.

Update: Service Masters offers service contracts now. AC checkup went well. Some new parts were recommended and some were ok to wait until fall. Requested fall tuneup/inspection for HVAC and received appointment within 5 business days. Ryan and Marcos arrived promptly, ran a thorough inspection inside and out and swept up after themselves. Reasonable prices, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
